Improving and practicing speaking skill in English is not an easy way. You need to train the speaking skill routine and continuously so that your ability can be honed well. There are many ways that you can do to improve your English speaking skill. You can begin with practicing dialogue from some resources such as a book and the internet. 

Practice with simple and easy dialogue that's easy to digest. Here is an example of simple conversation about a job that you can use as a reference for practicing.

Jacky : What is your occupation, Sam?

Sam : I’m a Doctor.

Jacky : Where do you work as a Doctor?

Sam : I work in Rose Hospital.

Jacky : How long have you been working in the hospital?

Sam : I have been working there about 3 years.

Jacky : Are you enjoy with your job, Sam ?

Sam : Certainly, I am very enjoyed with this job. And, what do you do for work, Jacky?

Jacky : I am a Teacher.

Sam : That is a great job. Alright, now I have to go. Nice to meet you, Sam. See you next time!

Jacky : Nice to meet you too, Sam. See you later!
